Glow Lighting

What lights are used in the pics that have that dark blue look with the greens and some other colors glowing like crazy? Is it a black light or some kind of blue LED?

TYVM for the help

Both my atinics make everything glow flourescent as well as my blue LED moonlights.

I have (6) 1 watt LED blue moonlights. They are very direct, so pretty much anything under their light spread glows very very bright. Atinics do the same thing but to a lesser degree.
