Good snail to clean sand

what is a good snail to get start cleaning my sand. I have read that sand sifter stars are somewhat hard to keep alive. I have maxican turbos but i dont thing they sift sand. I have about 2-3 " of sand and between the die off on my LR and or stuff I need to get a cleaning crew. There are alot of worms and such but they dont seem to be scavaging too well

Nassarius snails will help turn the sand. Conches are something to consider as well.
