Green Algae

since I have started my tank, I have 5 pieces of live rock in it and one Chromis fish, everything including the sand is starting to get a green hairy algae on it, does anyone have a soloution on how to get rid of it. all the numbers on the water test comes out perfect, not sure where to go from here? Please help.

no it does not look like that, just looks hairy.
