Green Frogspawn

I am looking to get a green frogspawn. Can you give me a little infor on them? Light requirements and things like that. My lfs has a large one and it is beutifull. He said it is the best one he has seen in probably 5 years. and he is a good friend of mine. I have a 96 watt smartlite and i have a 30 daylight floreceant. Is that enough light.?
