So I was pruning my green star polyps, (about 7 good sized peices.) and the chemical that came out killed 7 trumpet heads. Good thing it grows well

There are a lot of corals that secrete toxins when stressed..... part of their chemical warfare. If possible, pruning/fragging is best done outside of the DT, then rinse frags & mother colony in a bucket of tank water prior to placement back into the tank.
