So I am wondering what you guys think is an acceptable tank size for a harlequin tusk. What do you guys think?

180+ IMO. At least a 6x 2 foot tank. My lfs just got a 10" specimen and this fish really is huge. Not just the length but man is he beefy! Lol

I had one in my 280 and she loved it. She was very active when I moved her from the 180 that my friend had. She was 14" when I sold the tank 2 years ago and she is still that but more active now in the 400 gallon her new dad moved her to. They are beautiful and I loved watching her swim.

iPhone 5s has taking over lol

I agree with the 6x2 idea. 6x1.5 is pushing it at max size. We had one a million years ago in a 240 and it had plenty of room. Knock a couple of feet off in length and I feel it would be okay. They really are stocky as they grow.
