i saw a little worm looking thing in my nano yesterday it was red and looked like an underwater centipede any ideas is this bad lmk pllzz
 
Most likely a bristleworm, usually half red half brown/black. They are creepy and look nasty, but a good cleaner and a sign of a healthy and developing tank.
 
Bristle worm. Harmless unless you touch them, so be sure to wear thick rubber gloves when play around in the tank for now on. They are a pretty good scavengers so they basically are part of your clean up crew. Click on the xtalreef link in my signature and scroll down a bit for more info.
