Hello fellow reefers!

I have bought a used 5 stage RODI system and it has water in the existing membranes. Do I need to take that water out first? Also, do I take the existing cartridges out as well? It is a SpectraPure 5 Stage RODI System.

For peace of mind I’d replace all the filters and membranes, but that’s me. Does it have an TDS meter, before and/or after the DI resin? If so, depending on those readings, will be a good indication of what filters could be salvaged for the time being. But for the low expense of new filters, seems like a no brained to start fresh.
