Help with stirred up tank

I had to to take out my live rock for about 15 minutes while I caught one of my fish that was terrorizing the others. The tank is very cloudy now and I hope I didn't stress the rest of the fish.

Anything I should do or be worried about it?

Let things settle 12-24 hrs then test for any spikes Fish will be okay the'll just think it's a storm and hide for awhile

YW I create a storm in my tank once a month by blasting the live rock with a spare power head, it makes it quite cloudy for a day. the fish and coral dont seem to be bothered at all
