Hermits

I have a mixture of hermits that I have had for 6-9 months. Some are getting big. I have noticed lately that they are investigating my corals more and more. They get on my star polyp and my mushroom rock. I assume they are just cleaning the rocks themselves but sometimes it appears they have taken up residence in the coral.

Should there be a concern here? I have banished all of my hitchhiker crabs due to coral issues and I hoped my hermits would not pose a problem.

I had the same problem with a hermit deciding to take up residence right in the middle of my star polyp colony. Not sure if it was eating the polyps or not, but he is now living in the tank of a friend along with all my other hermits.
