Hitchhiker on carnation coral

I just got this carnation a few days ago and noticed this star on it.. Just curious if it's okay to stay there or if it's eating my carnation .. Thanks

It's a harmless brittle star. I hope you know what you're doing with that carnation. They're quite a challenging non-photosynthetic coral and needs a lot of food

Awesome thanks! And yes I do.. I also have a black tube coral, a blueberry sea fan that are the same with the feeding/light.. But thanks for the help!!
