I actually only have one of these worms (at least that's all I could find). On a "hitchhiker" id site (thanks much Melosu for the link) it says that they are ok but they did say that they could take over. Does anyone else have these and have any experience with them? I don't want them to get too thick.

Thanks!

I dont have any that I know of but I`m pretty sure it is one of those things that only increase to the food source. If you keep food scraps to a minimum I dont think you`ll get too many.

I think they usually will thin out because they need a high food source to survive. So like Mike said, more food = more survivability. I have had a bunch in my tank for a few years now and they haven't caused any problems. I think they are pretty cool. :)
