homemade food..

i want to make my own food thats healthy and nutritious for my fish... but i dont know where to start. any help will be appreciated.. TIA!!!!

Do a search for blender mush. There are a few different recipes.

*100 gal prop tank plumbed into main system w/ 2x96 PC lights and 1x150 MH,

Mazuri makes a powder for fish food. (http://www.mazuri.com/ -- click on products, animal groupings then aquatic).

It mixes together with water to make a gell-based food. Add some other fresh food to it and you've got a good thing. May need to add unflavored gelatin to it.
