Hospital Tank

Hello,

Can someone give me advice on how to set up a saltwater hospital tank? Naturally, I'd like to spend a minimal amount of money. For my freshwater tanks, I have a ten gallon tank with a Bio-Wheel running, so that was pretty reasonable. I don't imagine I could get away with something like that with saltwater or can I?
