How do YOU feed your fish?

I like to buy food for my fish that looks like something they would find in the ocean. So I buy them frozen krill. Issue is, that when it is frozen it breaks off in chunks and does not look like a krill anymore. I know they dont care, but I like to see them take chunks out of it etc.
I also feed them cubes thawed in a cup (using my aquarium water) and then use a fit net to filter out the worms ansd discard the water.
How do you feed your fish? Do you feed pellets? Do you use a spot feeder?

I put the frozen food, flakes, and pellets in a shot glass of tank water to thaw for 5 minutes. Stir it up real good then toss it in. Twice a day. Once in the morning when the lights come on and once in the evening when I come home from work.
