Quick question:-

Is it ok to add 2 fish at a time to my tank (for bioload/bacteria considerations), or should I stagger them by, say, a week to give the bacteria more chance to catch up?

Or doesn't it really matter, as long as I don't add any more than 2?

Depends on the size of the tank they are added to and how many waste producing animals the tank already sustains. What size tank and what fish?

Cheers
Steve

35 gallon tank, 1 clown (and 2 shrimps) already in there.

I would only add the one fish at a time then unless it's a mated pair. With a clown already in residence that's probabley not the case.

What fish are you adding?

Cheers
Steve
