How much Epsom Salts can I dose ?

Hi Folks,
I'm using Epsom Salts to raise my tanks Mg level (currently at 1035) and I was wondering how much I can dose at once ? I've done some searching and found no definitive discussion of the amounts other than one mention that 1 Tablespoon per 50G was correct. Any other info out there ?

I have been told 1 tablespoon per 50 gallon per day as well.
