How often do you feed damsels?

I own 3 and keep being told very small amounts daily and every other day. What should I do?

I feed my fish every 3 days. They're fat. Like really fat. And I don't feed a lot at all.

I've got an Ocellaris & a Six-line... they get fed every 3 days as well and are perfectly healthy.

So really they can go that long without eating. I have been feeding mine 2 small pinches a day and thinking about it they almost always leave food. Thank u for the info

Yes, they can go that long.... the leftover food you speak of will do nothing but turn into problematic nirates & phosphates. If you still want to feed daily, you can, just knock it down to once a day and only feed a tiny bit at at time so you can see that everything is being consumed.
