How to position power heads

What is the best way to position power heads. I have a 72 gallon bow front and two power heads. Should I put them at opposite ends of the tank with one high and one low. Should I point them at the live rock, each other or the front glass.

Hey its good to see another tampa person... Put them on opposite ends of the tank and point them at eachother. But its really up to you where you want to put them though.

Can you point them at the live rock, or position them so the flow just skims along the rock?

our lower one is pointing directly at the rock(with no corals or anemones near it). There is some space behind the live rock but it is basically pointing at it.
