Well i got my light today jan/31/05 but the 10,000K daylight was broken. Well i got on the phone right away with www.bigalsonline.com, man there customer service is outstanding a new light is on the way. Leave it to ups to have something broken in transit. Well this is my first piece towards my new SW tank!!!

That is one of the best things about bigalsonline.com they have always given me great customer service. I have had stuff damaged by ups to but bigals always takes care of it even if it isn't their fault. Good luck with your tank.
