I need advice on a schedule for new halides

I just upgraded to two 250 watt MH (bought them second hand for $75 with 2 spider reflectors and 2 96 w PCs) from my 4x96 w PC. What kind of schedule do you recommend to adjust my corals (carpet anenome, zoos, polyps, leathers, brain, goniopora, chili) to the new high intensity lighting?

As I am going to be doing the same thing, I can tell you that there is a very good article in the articles section describing what you can do.

Some use screens and some have the lights on intermitently through the day. The article does a pretty good job of explaining.
