What's the best way to catch clowns without tearing up my tank? I mean they are already destroying everything in it but I want to keep the whole aquascape I have.

Try leaving your net in the tank and letting the fish get use to it. Or catch them while they are feeding.

Catch them while they are sleeping. My clown isn't to bright he eats out of my hand and when I have moved him from one tank to another I just take a cup in and get him that was 2 minute job.
