Hello again, I have a 125 gal standard tank reef set up with many different beginner corals. I was wondering how long my metal halide lights should run per day. I have two 36" lights each with one 150w mh bulb ones a corallife the other is current. The bulbs are about 10 months old and there are about 6 fish all small. Also I'm getting a very small patch of green algae very fine but thick? And there's something purplish grounding that kinda looks like a polyp but I don't thing it is it's growing in a patch the size of a dollar but it's not a thick patch hard to take a picture because is small and deep in the tank?
