Talking Introducing Dragon Goby to salt water

hey everyone!,i have a dragon goby in a brackish tank right now. i have read several things online saying you can slowly get them acclimated to salt water tanks. Obviously i know this has to be done gradually. my questions are these:
1) has anyone done this before and been successful?
2) do you think i will have any safety problems with my goby in the salt water tank. gobys are generally almost compleatly blind. and are bottom feeders.
in my salt water tank: two damsels, niger trigger fish, blue hippo tang, satr fish and one turbo snail. any help would be much appreciated!

Quick update. I acclimated my dragon goby to salt water and he absolutely loved the tank. he did great in there up until my trigger fish started attacking him. as soon as i realized what was going on i pulled him from the tank and began the process of re introducing him to a fresh water tank :-/ sucks that they didn't accept him but i am happy he's alive and getting better.
