Is my cycle over?

about a week and a half ago I added 30 lbs lr, 20 lbs live sand, and a dead shrimp to my tank and started the cycle. The shrimp is almost gone I have diatom algae all over my rocks and sand. My readings are
PH-8.2
Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-20
I wouldn't think my cycle is finished but this is the second day that I have had these readings.

What was your spike? If you had a good spike and these readings continue for a week or so you're good to go. Good live rock will really speed up your cycle.

I got my lr, ls and shrimp a couple of days after I set up the tank. When I started my cycle. I have a 70 gal tank. My ammonia spike was about .50 My lr looks pretty good it has a good amount of coralline algae. Had some die off but seems to be doing good. Three days ago my Nitrite was .25

if you are seeing nitrates then i would say that your cycle is complete. especially with the presence of the diatoms.
