Is this a steal?

Just curious what you all think of this deal. This aquarium is available with live sand, cabinet, 2 different lights, sump, pump and some live rock for only $300! Now I only just started researching this stuff 2 days ago but that seems like one heck of a deal right?

It seems like a good deal but I'd definitely trash the sand if it had been used in the past and isn't still in a bag. It'll be super nasty. Also do you know what the 2 lights are?

I bought a new 90g 3 years ago nothing came with it no stand, sump, lights , live rock ect
so I'd say you found a fair deal , needs a little cleaning but that no to bad ,
keep live rock wet so once your setting up it can help lead to a faster cycle ,
I agree get new sand the old sand has so many nasties in it

Thanks for the advice! Will definitely get new sand if I go with this one. Still looking at other deals out there but glad you both said something about the sand because I might have used it otherwise. Not sure about the lights, I will try to find out.
