Just asking can my foxface kill my clownfish

Hi! Just asking can my foxface kill my clownfish..he is the biggest in the tank.when he swims up to them or near them he will get his spines up in his defence mode.are they being bullied.I added them today along with a very very small regal tang and a cleaner shrimp.

Possible? Sure, but most of the time new animals will have to endure dominant fish that have residence and territory over them. The aggression should eventually "die" down in the coming days.
