Now that my MH are in and the corals etc. are acclimating to my tank I was wondering if I am able to place my leather that is in the picture in the quarantine tank back into it's home and lay it on a flat rock to attach itself?? This is what it looks like in the quarantine tank now http://www.flickr.com/photos/59422509@N00/ Thanks

Has it attached to the rock yet? Can you pull back the nylon and see if it has attached yet? I'm sure you could put it back but you don't want it just floating around in the tank or it will never reattach. I hope it does and it shouldn't have a problem. Have you checked out the www.garf.org site to see what they say about leathers?
