Left out frozen food...Still good?

I left out spirulina and rotifers frozen cubes overnight (12 hours). Can I still use them? I don't want to harm my fish, but what are the risks if I do use them? Thanks in advance.

I just opened it and smelled it...It smells fine, I mean it smells fishy, but I smelled my other frozen food that wasn't ever left out and that smells more fishy than the spirulina and rotifers. I don't know what to do, but I don't want to waste this food.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe someone else has an experience or suggestion to share.

My brine shrimp were fine but I wasn't sure if I even wanted to try since the fish are much more expensive than the food. My fish are fine but its your call.
