How long does phosBan last and when should I change it out. I know this is sort of a vague question because it depends on the tank. But a rough estimate would be nice. Also is there a way to tell from the media?

It really depends on how high the PO4 levels are in the tank. Once used up it can start to leech PO4 back into the water. What do the directions suggest?

It can last up to 3 months depending on your po4 levels. Get a po4 test kit and test the water coming out of the reactor. When you start to get a reading toss it or when it hits the 3 month mark toss it which ever happens first.
