You could keep a lot of corals and anemones. Clams require more light(like 8-10 wpg) Basically anything with moderate to low lighting requirements(lps) The hard corals require high lighting(metal halide).

I'm going to say soft corals and maybe a low light LPS or too with that. You have 4W/gal

I have 280W over my 55 and loking at bringing it to 420W (retrofit the single NO bulb to a 2x 96W CF) (7.5W/gal)
