Lighting for ricordea

How much lighting for my ricordea? I have 4 x 65 pc, he seems to do better lower in the tank than at the top. Is this right?

what size tank do you have? how deep is you tank?

my experience with ricordias are that they do fine in most lighting. i've never had problems with to much light with them.

Standard 55 gal. Probably 18" deep.

I have 350Watt Metal Halides and my riccs love it on the top rocks.

I run the same lighing for my ricordia at around 14 inches deep and they are doing great.
