hi ! i was borwising around & found this great site !
anyways, for my question, i just wanted to know which type of lions are owner responsive ? i read that the "true" lions ie the large growing ones eg volitans hare owner responsive & active ? what about dwarfs ? which of the dwarf species would be best in terms of being active & a lil owner responsive (if at all  ) ?

Welcome to AquariumAdvice.com :)

AFAIK, there are no dwarf species that will always by nature swim about openly in the aquarium. Most are very reclusive and only come out in reduced or no light. There is the Dendrochirus brachypterus aka shortfin dwarf noted on <<wetwebmedia.com>> as being "owner friendly" although rarer to the trade, may be an option. Through personal experience, I have also found the Dendrochirus zebra to be an open swimmer.

Cheers
Steve
