Anybody know anything about these little black guys? And I would be interested in knowing how many snails other people keep. I want just a few more. My algae is pretty much under control, but I got rid of all my crabs because I kept catching them munching my zoos. I have a 72 gallon bowfront. I once read one per gallon. Any advice? I already have turbos and narcissis.

I have these snails. Can't tell you how many though, just a ton. Probably about one a gallon. They are nice snails. They bury under the sand and come out at feeding time just like nassarius, but they also will graze on the glass.
