I have been looking at PC lights ( just for a FOWLR, nothing fancy) and it has a "integrated" lunar light, but everywere I see lunar lights, I dont see replacment bulbs? are they solar powered?

They are just LEDs, I believe. They should have replacements on the website you bought them from, or at least from the manufaturer. That is a good question, and I have never thought about replacing the! LOL!

LEDs aren't "bulbs" so they don't burn-out like a bulb does.
If yours isn't working it's probably due to a broken wire or a bad DC converter.
