Mag 7 pump help

How can I quiet down my pump it's way to loud and im getting complaints ik the mag 9.5 is quiet but my overflow box is rated for 800 any one have ideas to make this thing as quiet as possible thanks

a mag 9.5 won't hit 800 gph if its used as a return pump. i'd say you're lucky getting 500 gph with a head of 4 feet

I put a mag 9 on it but it always filled up the tank quicker then the water drained

It's rated for 800gph

I put some silicone feet on mine and it helped with the vibration if that's what you're experiencing.
