May I know which anemone can a yellow stripe maroon host in? Thanks all in advance. And what will happen to corals ( like red/orange flower tree coral and mushroom coral ) if I just switch on the lights for 2 hours (8pm to 10pm)? Will they die off?

The only anemone that is associated with the maroon clown is the BTA (E. quadricolor). It is not recommended to attempt keeping an anemone until your tank has matured for at least a year.

Did you mean turn them off? I recommend a 12 hour photoperiod (12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness), this is roughly what they are used to in the wild and should receive in our homes.

can the 12 hours of dark have moon lights? or dose it have to all dark?

Very subdued lighting such as moonlighting is fine and can trigger spawning responses.
