Are the teeny tiny bubbles being dumped into my aquarium by my new AquaC Remora Pro harmful or potentially harmful to any livestock or aquarium systems?

From what I hear / read, it may take 2 to 8 weeks for these things to go away.

They're more unattractive than harmful. You may want to take a look under the LR to see if any air pockets have developed from bubbles collecting. The only real problem I can think of would be if bubbles collected in a pocket in the LR where a sponge was growing. Sponges do not tolerate exposure to air well at all. It shouldn't bother the fish or corals though.
