Moonlights

Hi! I just got a 28 gal quad cube used so it's cycled and has fish, corals, and mushrooms already. My first saltwater setup. I was wondering what the moonlights are for and when I should be using them? I have many ?'s but im starting here. Ha Ty!!!

Moon lights are for night time veiwing.
