I had the CSL ones and they were white and had a single led. The ones I have now are blue and I have 2 fixtures and each fixture has 3 led's. They give a nice blue tint to the waater. Not as dark as my actincs though.

you think i would be ok with 2 of those links? it says to put them every 2 ft? i just want the center rock structure to be a little luminiance, it can be dark other places.

I have 3 single LED on my 55 and it puts out some good light so If your only looking to do the center then 2 would be a good start... You can always add more.
Once you put them on you will like them and might want to add more over time.

The center brace in the tank may create and issue for you. One on either side may be okay.

I like my blues!

Check out these though http://www.thelebos.com/ ... I ordered a set of 2, and they are awesome! They are dimable and are also compatable with the Lunar Tracker!
