How often shoud i clean my skimmer the tank has been set up for about two weeks and i does have alge in it i cleaned it about two days ago to remove some of the alge. Also what about my hdro it was about .025 yesteday how do i keep it stable most of the time.

I would empty the skimmer cup and clean out the throat about 2-3 times a week depending on how much effluent it is producing.
To keep your salinity stable, just make sure the water level stays the same in the tank. Use either distilled or RO/DI water with no additives in it for top off. Make sure, when you do a water change, that you use aged SW that is the same salinity as your tank is. 1.025 is about right.
