Naso and Yellow Tang

Will a Naso Tang get along with a Yellow Tang in a 225 gal tank? The Yellow tang has been established for about 6 months now.

I think in a tank that size, you should be ok.

Agree, should be OK. Just make sure the Naso is either smaller or larger than the yellow. Gives you a better chance.

I have a naso and a yellow tang in a 90 gal which there has been no problems. I had the yellow tang for a couple of months before i got the naso (which was smaller). At first the yellow wouldnt let him do anything but after a few days there was no problems, actually they are like buddies now.

i had a naso and 2 yellows got them at the same time and never had a problem there in a 75 gal

My yellow tang did the same to my sailfin tang on the first day. They are like buddies now.

i had a naso and yellow in my 75 gallon (1st tank) no trouble whatsoever.

With a tank that big it should not be a problem
