Nassarius snails

A couple of weeks ago there was quite the activity in my DT with the Nassarius snails moving all about and together. I figured maybe they were hungry but days later I found out they were hungry for each other and sex. I noticed that they were going up the glass to one of my veggie clips and then after closer inspection I noticed some eggs on there.

Am I right? I've seen a couple of baby Nassarius snails in the DT about a month ago. Just wondering how long it takes for the whole egg / birth process? I don't want to move the clip just incase but not sure how long it all takes.
