Need a little expert help. Alk/KH to high

Whats the best way to lower it?
From what I understand 110-120 is the norm. and mine is at 260! 8O

I really need to get it down
Yes I was dosing Kalk(my calcium is at 380 now) but wont dose now due to the KH problem.

I know steve-s is going to tell me "I told you so" cause he did warn me.
Shoulda listened

Help

The water around here is a little high. new saltwater reads at 130-140.
The reason its so high is the Kalk. I was warned about kalk raising Alk/KH.
I guess I'll have to do a couple water changes over the next few days and switch to a liquid calcium like Kents liquid Calcium or Seachem Reef complete.

any other tips?
