New 10 gal. saves the clown from bullies

So I finally got a new 10 gal tank and took out the clown that was being bullied in the 15 gal and put him there. I'd like to know what else can I put in there; I have a red banded shrimp there too. I have live rock and plan on getting some soft corals for this tank too.

A neon goby would do great in there but it might annoy the clown with its urgency to clean.

i personally wouldnt have a clown in anything but a 20g minimum, but i guess a nano fish or two or a goby maximum, heres some links to send you in the right direction, just mind the max size of fish and reccommendd tank size.

They are challenging to keep in bigger established tanks and even harder in small new ones. It is doubtful he would survive. I wouldn't do it. $15-$20 guaranteed going to waste and one dead fish. Not fun.
