^^^ that pretty much sums it up. Mine get high flow and well... A little more light then they probably are use to but no issues yet. I put mine as low as I could.

My clowns are showing interest in hosting my torch. Do u feed ur torch or do ur clowns do it for you?

I haven't target fed any of my corals to date and all are thriving. I do however add reef nutrition phyto 2x's a week the rest if the time it's just normal feeding every other day.

Oh Wednesdays is live brine day for my tank :)

My buddy gets them at his fish shop on that day so I grab them fresh.
