New (used) helios lights question...

Ok all another question!! We just got from a friend a lighting system but we are unsure what kind it is. He used it on a sw tank with corals in it. It is a Helios Model # HS 48220 55w x 4. We know we have to get new bulbs for it but we are not sure what kind they are IE Vho or what. We don't want to keep corals but we do want to get an anemone for our clowns. Any links or info would be greatly appreciated!!!! Will these lights work for what we want to use it for? Thanks Sue :0)

I believe I have the same light that I too got from a purchase of a used system. It should be a 4x55 PC with Square pin bulbs. I bought a pack of 10 on eBay for about $80.
