Why not get 2 immature GSM and let them mate? Thats what I did and I now have a mated pair that have not mated The female is 3 X's the size of the male. They have white stripes when small and change as the mature.
My GSM love there bubble tip.. This would be a good choice because the GSM does not host with a lot of anemones. How old is your tank?

My tank's a little over a year now.
