what do you finnheads out there think of the following;

at night (b4 i go to work or bed)after the lights go out ,
i turn off my lone ph , leaving only the filter on(cascade 300 hang on)

then in the morning i turn in the ph then the first actnic light( a few minutes apart

For the lights that is fine, but you should leave the ph on all the time to help filtration.
