Normal size for peps?

I have two peppermint shrimp only a little larger than an Inch. I have seen some 3in specimens, and was wondering what is the normal mature size?
One of them just molted so I am hoping they will get bigger.

Depends on the specimin from what I've seen.

If they are true pepps I believe they get to be about 2"
